Designing the Home Network

3.5.1 OLT (Optical Line Termination)

3.5.3 Connectors
The connector used is konekor SC. SC connectors are used at the OLT, ODC, ODP and ONT. Connector specifications as in table 3.11.
3.5.4 Splitter
Splitter to be used there are 2 types of splitter 1:4 and 1:8 splitter. 1:4 splitter placed at ODC, whereas the 1:8 splitter placed in the ODP. Specifications splitter can be seen in table 3.12.
